The Studio is proudly owned and operated by model, mentor, posing coach, and entrepreneur Rio Corlett. It serves as the headquarters for RC Academy—a leading model mentoring, confidence and posing academy.

The Space
Located on the first floor of Nile Mill B, Fields New Road, Chadderton, Oldham (OL9 8NT), this impressive 1,600 sq ft studio features soaring 29ft ceilings and expansive windows that flood the space with exceptional natural light throughout the day.

Creative Sets & Styling
Explore over a dozen richly styled sets, refreshed seasonally to keep your work fresh and unique. The studio also offers a wide selection of backdrops, including clean white and black commercial setups.

A substantial wardrobe collection is available, along with premium props and replica pieces for use or hire—giving you everything you need to elevate your shoot.

Terms and conditions

Photography Studio House Rules

Respect the Space – Treat the studio, equipment, furniture, and props with care.
Booking Times – Access is only permitted during your booked session. Please arrive and leave on time.
Clean Up – Return the studio to its original condition before leaving. Dispose of rubbish and take all personal belongings.
Damage & Breakages – Any damage to the studio, equipment, or props must be reported immediately. The hirer is responsible for repair or replacement costs.
No Smoking, drugs or alcohol –The use of drugs, alcohol and smoking are strictly prohibited inside the studio.
Food & Drinks – Drinks with lids are permitted. Food should only be consumed in designated areas and kept away from equipment and backdrops.
Children & Pets – Must be supervised at all times. Pets are only allowed with prior approval.
Safety First – Do not climb on furniture or stands or use equipment in an unsafe manner. Emergency exits must remain clear.
Noise Levels – Please be considerate of neighbouring businesses and other studio users.
Equipment Use – Studio equipment may only be used if included in your booking or with prior permission.
Illegal Activities – No illegal substances, weapons, or unlawful activities are permitted on the premises.
Content Restrictions – The studio may not be used to create content that is illegal, hateful, discriminatory, or otherwise violates applicable laws.
Liability – The studio is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings brought onto the premises.
Security – Ensure doors are locked and lights, heating/air conditioning, and equipment are switched off before leaving, if applicable.
Acceptance of Terms – By using the studio, the hirer agrees to comply with these house rules and any terms outlined in the booking agreement.
